Custom-designed millwork and furniture create a cohesive interior, largely crafted in American walnut for warmth and continuity.
The design highlights the building’s concrete structure: sandblasted beams and columns, polished concrete floors with floor heating, and carefully contrasted old and new materials.
In the kitchen, a dropped ceiling and green translucent floral wall define the space, adding color and texture to the otherwise raw palette.
